Villa Kadyanda is a luxurious detached villa fully equipped and furnished to an excellent standard. The villa can sleep 12 people in 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms and 3 living rooms and it has a lovely private pool and a large Games/Fitness room. This area of Turkey - the Turquoise Coast - offers everything that a holidaymaker could want. The friendliest of people, lovely beaches, all types of watersports, a variety of good restaurants, historical sites and a complete range of shopping experiences. A 2km walk takes you to the shops, restaurants (with wi-fi) and Friday market in traditional Uzumlu village. Dalaman Airport is 50 minutes and Calis Beach is just 20 minutes away.

The bustling port city of Fethiye is only 17km away and can be reached by the regular Dolmus minibuses, or hire a car and the local roads are excellent and the driving is easy. The world famous resort of Olu Deniz with its sandy beaches and sheltered Blue Lagoon, which is also the centre for paragliding, is a short distance from Fethiye as is Hisaronu with its lively night life, clubs, restaurants and bars. Slightly further away, on the road to Kas and Kalkan, is Patara Beach with an unspoilt 20km sandy beach.

We also offer Specialist Watersports Tuition in Kitesurfing, Sailing and Scuba Diving, please ask for full details. We have a fully equipped Games/Fitness Room in a 60 m2 area with table tennis, darts, punchbag, weights and a cross trainer and the room also has a toilet/shower room and a bar area.

THE VILLA
From the entrance an archway leads to a fully equipped kitchen with all the facilities to cater for 12 people. Another archway leads into the lounge with a wood-burning fire, another archway then leads into the separate dining room. Also on the ground floor there is a separate sitting room themed in an Ottoman style. Both the lounge and Ottoman room are equipped with satellite TV/DVD/CD and also a PlayStation 2 with a large library of films, music and games. All these rooms have access to the outside veranda with another dining area, a BBQ and the private pool area. There is a toilet/shower room on this floor and both the ground, first floor and spiral staircase are finished in local marble.

All rates are for the whole villa for 1 week, book 6 months ahead and deduct 10%. Parties of 6 or less can stay 2 weeks outside the Peak season less 15%. Longer stay discounts are available and there are no extra charges. Pay 20% when booking and the balance 4 weeks before arrival together with a 150GBP returnable damage deposit. The price includes a free Welcome Pack and a weekly linen/towel change and daily pool/garden maintenance. Payments can be made by Credit Card through a secure PayPal portal on iour website.
