Situation:
White houses with an architecture of the greek islands, on a level, with an area of 64 m2 : each have a wonderful view allover the islands of Kalymnos and Pserimos.

Accommodation:

- sandy beach at 300M.
- nearest village of Mastihari at 2KM.
- From May till October, you are allowed to use the swimming pools of the hotels nearby.

Description:
The living room (26m2) has a french window opening on the terrace with seaview and sunset; a dining-area, a kitchenette equiped with a 3electric cookers, an oven, a fridge with a freezer, an electric coffee pot, a toaster and a dishwasher ; in the part of the sitting room, there are 2 sofabeds (90x200cm) and a wardrobe. Radio-CD-Cassette.

The bedroom with a doublebed and a private showerroom and WC has the seaview.
The bedroom with twin beds has the hillview.
The seperate bathroom/WC is equiped with a hair-dryer fixed on the wall.

The construction is new (built in the year 2003) and of good quality : full isolated, double window-panes . The air condition is not necessary. During winter and for-season if necessary all the rooms are equiped with an individual electric heating. The water is heated by sun energy and electricity if necessary.

Towels are provided on every 2 days and sheets once the week..
Towels for the beach are not provided. Possibility of using our laundry.
For the babies, babycots are available. (Babysitter on request in advance).
Cleaning service for the departure day is on request : about 30€.

The terrace (18m2) is covered by a pergola and equiped with a table , garden chairs and deckchairs. A barbecue is also provided .

A special area to park a car is situated behind each house .
Pets are not allowed.

Special welcome by the owners : fruits and mineral water , and in case of an arrival at the end of the afternoon, everything is ready for the breakfast for the next day.
