Private holiday house only 50m to the beach with housemaid and cook, 8400 m² tropical garden. LES CONDES is a private holiday house in a residential complex close to GRAND-BAIE in the north of the island 1h30 from the airport. The complex is situated in 8400 square meters of beautiful tropical garden to which the properties have direct access from their ground floor terrace. There is a first class swimming pool with overflow. The triplex is situated immediately in front of the swimming pool. The complex is quiet as most owners stay only on weekends and holidays and it is only 50 meters from the sea across the coastal road. From there you can walk on white sandy beaches to PEREYBERE or further north to CAP MALHEUREUX. There is a bus station in front of the complex. It takes 10 minutes to reach GRAND-BAIE and its shopping malls, water-sport facilities, banks, restaurants, casino and discotheques. At 1 P.M fresh fish can usually be purchased on the beach in front of LES CONDES 19. LES CONDES 19 is freshly renovated with 130 square meters facing the pool.Ground Floor: - well equipped kitchen, living/dining room, terrace leading to the garden, barbecue equipment and area. Parking behind.First Floor: 1 bedroom with twin beds facing the swimming pool, A/C, balcony. 1 bedroom facing the mountains with twin beds, A/C. 1 bathroom with shower and W.C. The twin beds can be joined together as single beds.Second Floor: 1 bedroom facing the garden/ pool with one double bed, A/C and balcony. 1 adjoining bathroom with shower and W / C. 1 terrace.A dedicated and pleasant housekeeper / cook will be present from Monday to Saturday mornings from 9 a.m to 1.30 p.m to see to your comfort, except on public holidays. She attends to the house and guest laundry and to the house cleaning.She will prepare your lunch or dinner in advance. She will not do the purchases. Her services are included in the price.As a token of your appreciation a discretionary gratuity to her would be welcomed on departure.Babysitting is possible on request (not included)W.I.F.I. INTERNET is free. Bring your own laptop. There is a free telephone for local calls and for receiving international calls. For outgoing international calls use a prepaid card or hook-up your laptop to SKYPE.

Water sports facilities such as windsurfing, water-skiing, deep-sea fishing and parasailing, are easily available in GRAND-BAIE.You can reach the golf course of TROU-AUX-BICHES by car in 15 minutes. Tennis is also available at CASUARINA HOTEL in TROU-AUX-BICHES. Otherwise 7 courts are accessible day / evenings at TENNIS-DU-NORD in LABOURDONNAIS less than 30 minutes away.
