The Bed and Breakfast Studio is located at Ciudad Quesada, Rojales, and we overlook the golf course at La Marquesa, we have many fine Restaurants and Bars, Supermarkets, Banks, Etc Etc. There is an excellent road network that takes you to Benidorn in the North and La Manga in the South, we also have a traditional Spanish Market held every Thursday. We are just 5 miles from the Resort of Guardamar where there are miles and miles of Blu flag beaches, and cafe bars and Restaurants.
Luxury BED AND BREAKFAST Studio Fully Air-Conditioned, situated at Ciudad Quesada, Rojales, close to Guardamar and Rojales. The Studio is located along side the owners villa and overlooks the Golf course. We only have the one Studio so you dont have to share breakfast or any other facility with anyone else. (Breakfast is Optional See Menu). This There is a communal Swimming Pool for your use. The studio is in prime location to all bars and Restaurants. The surrounding area is very rural and is famous for its Orange and Lemon groves. Within walking distance there are Restaurants and Bars. The delightful town of Rojales has a Market every Thursday, there are many Shops and Tapas Bars. It has a Spanish flavour all of its own. The town of Guardamar is situated on the Costa Blanca coast where there are many Shops, Bars and Restaurants and a Market every Wednesday. If you wish to travel further afield there is an excellent road network which will take you to Benidorn, Alicante, Torrevieja, and South onto La Manga.
Within close proximity to the studio there are 4 more Golf Courses and many small resorts. There are festivals throughout the year, the main ones being the Easter Parade and the Moors and Christians pageantry.
This is an ideal facility for those who wish to come on holidays or house inspection trips, or also completion dates.

De Studio bevindt zich naast de eigenaars villa zijde en gaat voorbij aan de cursus golf. Wij hebben slechts het ene Studio zodat u hebben ontbijt of elke andere faciliteit met iemand anders delen. (Ontbijt is optioneel Zie Menu). Dit Is een gemeente zwemmen pool voor gebruik. De studio is in de eerste locatie naar alle bars en restaurants. Het omringende gebied is zeer landelijke en beroemde voor haar oranje en Lemon gaarden. Binnen loopafstand zijn restaurants en balken. De aangename stad van Rojales heeft een markt iedere donderdag, er zijn vele winkels en Tapas balken. Het heeft een Spaanse alle eigen smaak. De stad van Guardamar is gelegen op de kust van Costa Blanca waar vele winkels, bars en restaurants en een markt elke woensdag. Als u willen reizen verder is weg gelegen een uitstekende wegen net die, ga je naar Benidorn, Alicante, Torrevieja en Zuid naar La Manga.
In de nabijheid van de studio zijn er 4 meer golf opleidingen en vele kleine locaties. Er zijn de festivals gedurende het gehele jaar, de belangrijkste daarvan wordt de pageantry Easter Parade Moors en christenen.
Dit is een ideale faciliteit voor degenen die willen komen op vakantie huis inspectie reizen of ook einddatums.

Le Studio se trouve ainsi que la villa des propriétaires de côté et surplombe le golf. Nous n'avons qu'un Studio afin de ne pas vous avoir à partager le petit déjeuner ou toute autre installation avec quelqu'un d'autre. (Le petit déjeuner est en option menu voir). C'Est une piscine communale pour votre usage. Le studio est en premier lieu à tous les bars et les restaurants. La zone environnante est très rurale et est célèbre pour ses bosquets d'orange et de citron. À distance de marche il y a des restaurants et de bars. La charmante ville de Rojales a un marché tous les jeudis, il y a beaucoup de boutiques et de barres de tapas. Il a un espagnol de sa propre saveur. La ville de Guardamar est situé sur la côte de la Costa Blanca où il y a de nombreuses boutiques, les bars et les restaurants et un marché tous les mercredis. Si vous souhaitez voyager plus loin il existe un réseau routier excellent qui vous mènera à Benidorn, Alicante, Torrevieja et du Sud sur La Manga.
