Villa Louella is a detached villa situated in its own grounds just over a mile from the nearest beach and a few minutes drive from the resorts of Praia da Luz, Burgau and Salema all of which have superb sandy beaches. The historic market town of Lagos is 6 miles and has a
choice of 8 beaches, a marina, excellent shopping facilities and much historic interest. The local village of Vale de Boi is a 5 minute walk and has a shop, bar and restaurant. Budens, a larger village, is a 10 minute walk and has shops, bars and the area's local bakery where
you can buy hot, fresh bread every morning. The Parque da Floresta golf, sports and leisure complex with tennis, bowls, mountain biking, gym and health club is only one mile away. Daily membership available.

The accommodation consists of two double and one twin bedroom. One bathroom, one shower room. Lounge/dining room with
two French windows leading to pool/garden/terraces. Log burning stove in the lounge (Ideal for winter lets). Digital Satellite T.V. and
video. Large quality fitted kitchen with full cooker, hob, microwave,
washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. French windows open to the terrace and pool. Brick built barbecue and covered eating area.
First floor terrace and patio with access from the bedrooms. Private illuminated pool, 10m. x 5m., with Roman steps and large surrounding terraces. Poolside furniture and sun loungers. Walled gardens with mature trees and palms, lawns. An ideal family villa. Cot and high
chair available on request. Car hire necessary .
