Straight ahead is the large living room opening on to a covered terrace with a dining area and views of the pool and the sea. Off the living room area and through a corridor, we reach three bedrooms. Room 1: Master room (1.80m x 2.00m) with a large en suite bathroom and a dressing room. Rooms 2: Double bedroom with 1 queen sized bed (1.60m x 2.00m). Room three: Twin bedroom (2 single beds 0.90m x 1.80m) with a shared bathroom. Ground Floor: There are two further double bedrooms on this level (1.50m x 1.90m), both with en suite bathrooms, one of them with a small living room. There is also a small gym and a sauna. A second fully equipped kitchen provides this area with independence from the rest of the house and has access to the swimming pool.
Grounds: access to the pool area is through the ground floor. Next to the infinity pool there is a bar and beyond, a path leading down to the beach. The pool and house are surrounded by immense, well tended gardens with plenty of places for outdoor dining.
