The 2500m2 garden is enclosed for visitors greater comfort. Ideally situated 200m from the sea, 20 minutes from St. Tropez by coastal shuttle and only 10 km from Saint Raphael, this villa is also close to the centre of the village of St Aygulf and Fr?s. You can explore the regions cultural heritage as you visit the many monuments in the surrounding area, the Roman gateways and theatres, the chapels and other memorials. Water sports enthusiasts can introduce themselves to water skiing, sailing or undersea diving, while others can explore the footpaths, go fishing or try their hand at golf. NB: There is also a private studio apartment with a separate entrance at garden level which may be occupied by the owners from 01/11 to 15/05 and from 01/07 to 15/09. The swimming pool is, in this case, in commun.

Some activities close to the house : - Ť le chemin des douaniers ť which is the old road of customs officer, is a good hike until Ť la gaillarde ť beach or Ť ferreol ť port (we can see the headlight of this little port from the terrasse of the house) - St Aygulf Friday morning Market, Night market on summer (until midnight), Vintimille market (114Kms. - Tennis courts on the road Ť du train des pignes ť (road behind the house)or A Carrel - Possibility of golf initiation (18 holes in Roquebrune) at about 3 kms, golf in St Raphael-valescure. - By the Ť train des pignes ť road you get to the pretty sandy beaches at the end of St Aygulf (close to the port of the city) - Sport climbing cliffs - Possibility to rent jet skis alone (with boat driving licence) or with guide - Attraction parks : Aqualand and Lunapark at about 3 kms (In direction of St Raphael), Fr?s zoo(110 animals on 20ha)and F.
