Our French home is a traditional Southern France Villa with all the mod cons to make your holiday special. It has high quality furnishings and personal touches to make you feel at home.
In the summer you can enjoy barbeques on our large sun terrace with electric awning, and cool down in the fully-tiled roman ended pool.
In the winter we have a traditional log fire and additional heaters in every room to make the house cosy and warm.

The lounge is beautifully furnished with 2 large, comfortable sofas and chair, coffee table and occasional tables. There is a TV and video (with SKY), and a hi-fi system. The dining area seats up to 6 people with charming French oak furniture.The feature wood burning fire offers extra cosiness in the winter but in the summer the airconditioning is very efficient. The telephone accepts incoming calls and allows local calls.

The lounge is light and airy and leads through french windows onto a large sun terrace for all day sun, with patio furniture including large dining table. It has an electric awning for shade, loungers and a BBQ.

The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, full gas oven, hob and grill and microwave and leads to the rear garden with washing line and shady decked area. From the entrance hall, stairs lead to the utility area with washing machine & drier.

There are 6 steps leading up to the 1st floor where the bedrooms and bathroom are. We have 2 twin bedded rooms and 1 double bedded room, all with large fitted wardrobes. Traditional shutters make the rooms cool in the summer & cosy in winter. The large bathroom is fully tiled and has a power shower over the bath. The toilet is separate with wash basin.

The garden is very safe for children and is fully enclosed and private with mediterranean planting. The brand new tiled swimming pool with roman end has security fencing, is fully alarmed and the cover is available if required. (8mx4m, depth 1.2-1.5m - open from May till September) The garden also has a poolside shower and BBQ.The gravelled drive has ample parking with access via double gates and the property is entirely fenced or walled.
