Description:
Zeytin Koru (Olive Grove) is situated in a semi rural position, but our dream villa is within a 100 yards of the main street. Set in it’s own grounds, retains protected olive trees with stunning view of mountains and the ancient Lycian rock tombs.

Our recently built luxury colonial style villa with private pool is set in a large garden with trees on two sides offering some privacy to our guests. The 60 square metre pool enjoys full sunshine all day. Inside the there are a number of unique features with stone fireplaces as the central point of both sitting rooms on the ground and first floor. The accommodation comprises of 4 double bedrooms with luxury en suites and single and double sofa beds in the 2 sitting rooms and 2 cots to comfortably sleep up to 12 people if required. The villa is air conditioned throughout and windows are double glazed with mosquito blinds. Although a car is not necessary there is a private drive at the rear of the property.
The ground floor is fully furnished with table and seating in the lounge and dining areas for a maximum of 12 people. One double and one twin bedroom with luxury en suites. There is also a rear entrance and utility room.

The first floor has 2 double bedrooms each with luxury en suite with bidet. There is a spacious lounge where you can enjoy the wonderful views. Each first floor room has double doors leading onto the large connecting balcony, which is ideal for long evening meals or simply to gaze at the flood lit tombs.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning/heating through out, the open plan kitchen has a large fridge freezer, double oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker etc and all crockery and utensils. Washing machine, iron etc are in the utility room. Bed linen and indoor towels are provided.

The villa also has a CD player, satellite TV, DVD player and board games
A ‘Welcome Pack’ is provided to our guests.

A security alarm is fitted and safety deposit boxes for our guests use.

Outdoors, there are plenty of sun loungers etc as well as a stone built barbeque with adjacent outside shower for pre pool use and a traditional Turkish kosk seating area and a childrens summer house.
