This is a great place to stay, only one minute from the Figueretas beach in IBIZA TOWN - unlike almost all other villas which are located out in the country or the hills behind Ibiza Town or equally inconvenient in Playa d'en Bossa or Talamanca - locations which make it necessary to hire a car or two to get around. Staying at this villa in IBIZA TOWN, everything in Town is within easy walking distance... shops, bars, restaurants and clubs and you could enjoy a great holiday staying here without the hassle of car hire and car-dependence to get around whilst on holiday. Plenty of taxis and buses operate from Ibiza Town to take you on any trips out-of-town that you may like to make.

The villa is arranged as 3 apartments, making the accommodation ideal for a group of friends sharing or couples as you can have a good deal of privacy when you want it whilst having the advantage of plenty of communal spaces for group get-togethers.

The accommodation is arranged as 2 duplex one-bedroomed apartments sleeping 2 to 5 and a studio for 1 or 2.

The bottom duplex, occupying the ground and first floors has the main lounge-diner and kitchen of the villa, with a fully fitted modern kitchen with all the usual amenities, including a washing machine, fridge-freezer and a microwave as well as a hob and fan-assisted oven. Plenty of crockery, utensils and cutlery is provided.

During the summer months, most groups staying here tend to socialise in the garden area around the large table, with chairs, under the bourgainvillea tree.... close to the kitchen for convenient al fresco dining.
New air-con is provided for the ground and first floors where previously only room fans existed and were adequate but fans are provided throughout the villa..
Exterior steps access the studio and top apartment within the villa.

The villa is unsuitable for children because of the open design of staircases and balcony-terraces.

Unfortunately, the villa's totally unsuitable for those disabled requiring a wheelchair or those who find stairs very difficult, because of open stairs, steps and balconies. Exterior steps access the studio and top apartment - and access to bathrooms necessitate the use of stairs. Outside the villa, from the street, there are steps down to the beach and to the shops and limited handrails. Pavements are quite narrow in the street and inadequate for wheelchairs.

Parking's free in the street subject to availability.

There are flower beds, borders and foliage in a typical Mediterranean town-house garden setting, with palms and cactii. There are terraces at each of the 4 levels.

The top duplex apartment is white, bright and airy with patio doors opening to a balcony from the lounge-kitchen-diner area which also has a double sofa-bed and a single + an LCD flat-screen television and radio. Above, the double bedroom opens to a gorgeous, sunny roof-terrace, which is not overlooked and from which there are nice views to the sea and over the Town to hills and mountainous landscape beyond, with cushioned seating, a table and reclining sun-loungers - as well as a parasol.

The studio is open plan, with a good quality double bed and it has a satellite TV and radio... outside, it has a nice, pleasant and relaxing sunny terrace, with shade too... in a typical Mediterranean garden setting - again with table, recliner chairs and parasol.

There is a small barbecue for use at ground-level where there is a large table with chairs beneath a bourgainvillea which provides a pleasant, shady area for socialising, drinks and 'al fresco' eating out in the garden.

There is no on-site swimming pool but it's possible to use a very nice one - with a bar, and nice views from the terraces, behind the villa 2-minutes-or-so away + the sandy beach, bars and restaurants are only a minute's walk away! So, you will be staying in a great location and it is an ideal holiday base.

The Villa is located only a minute's walk from the sandy Figueretas beach in Ibiza Town with a palm-lined pretty promenade following the shape of the bay and with a plethora of cafes, restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and budgets. This is the main beach in IBIZA TOWN.

There's a little nudist beach, and often very gay, 5 minutes walk away, accessed by a little cliff-side path. The Salinas and Es Cavallet nudist beaches are a quick taxi or 20-minute bus-ride out of town. The beaches here, have some stunningly-located and stylish bar-restaurants. If you are not into nudism, there are plenty of areas of the beach that are not nudist. The Chiringay beach at Es Cavallet is a gay beach as the name suggests!

There is a good golf course 10km away, where you can hire equipment thereby avoiding the hassle of taking your own on holiday.

Prices for the summer season 2011 currently remain at 2010 prices. Early booking is strongly advised for this VILLA in IBIZA TOWN.

Reservations made now require a 25% deposit on the prices stated below, with the balance payable within 9 weeks of the start of your holiday together with a keys/breakages deposit @ only £25.00 per person (refundable afterwards provided no mishaps!)



Prices are per 7 nights, in UK Pounds for groups not exceeding 8 persons.



Minimum rental rate at 5 days calculated pro-rata on the weekly rate.
