Vista Real can be rented either for couples looking for a special romantic place to large families with 16 members. Our rates are though in the occupation on the house, so ask us today for a quotation depending on the number of people in your group.
This house is an unusual find, and anyone living here, unusually privileged. Imagine yourself overlooking the endless ocean and viewing the most amazing sunsets you will ever see surrounded by tropical nature. Villa Vista Real raises over the landscape, as glass-enclosed rooms frame stunning views that stretch out in all directions.

The main house encompasses four bedrooms in total. The first level of the house has an open social area with family TV – living room, large dining room and extra large and comfortable gourmet kitchen. This level encompasses two bedrooms; one with two queen size beds, one sofa bed, walk-in closet and bathroom, this bedroom has doors that connect to the magnificent garden and the swimming pool. The other bedroom of the first floor has a queen size bed, shower and access to the pool terrace.

The second level of the house has an extra large master bedroom with king size bed, walk-in closet, enormous master bathroom with shower, Jacuzzi and a private terrace to enjoy the sunsets every afternoon. This floor has another large bedroom with king size bed, private terrace, closet area and nice bathroom with shower. A baby crib and a high chair are provided for the little members of the family.

Thanks to the wide windows and their orientation, natural illumination is abundant, taking full advantage of the panoramic view to the mountains and the beaches.

Rental Rates:
SEASONS:

• High season: November 15 - February 28 & Easter Week (April 17 to 24).

• Low season: March 1 - November 14.

• Green season September and October.

• Peak time Christmas and New Year weeks (Dec 20 - Jan 10).



RATES:

• Nightly rates from $280 to $600.

• Christmas and New Year weekly rates: $6,000 up to 8 people OR $6,500 up to 14 people.

• Monthly rental $10,000.

• All rates vary depending on season and number of people in the group.



NOTES:

• Rental rate includes full time in-house caretaker and daily maid service (except Sunday).

• Tips for the caretaker and maid are not included.

• Reimbursable damage deposit of $50 per person.

• Concierge Service available.

• Reservation deposit is 50% of the rental amount by wire transfer or check.

• Balance deposit is 50% of the rental amount 30 days before arrival by wire transfer (one part can be paid in cash upon arrival).

• One Vacation – Two Destinations: visit 2 locations, 2 luxury homes + 1 day FREE. Now you can choose to stay in our house in Bejuco Beach “Villa Los Laureles” (Central Pacific Coast) and in our house in Mal Pais “Villa Vista Real” (Peninsula of Nicoya) in your same vacation, and we will give you one of the days free for your traveling from one place to the other. • Last minute rentals: save 10% from rates (two weeks anticipation max).

• Honeymooners: save 10% from our couple’s rate (minimum rental required is 1 week) + Costarican chocolates + bottle of wine.

• Monthly rental: $10,000 (includes water, normal electricity use, TV cable, USB internet connection, maid service 5 times per week and caretaker). Not available during peak time. Reimbursable damage deposit for monthly rentals is $1,000 from 2 to 6 people using the house OR $2,000 from 7 to 14 people using the house.
