Located 5 miles from the Famous Gleneagles 5 star Hotel and 12 miles from Perth. It contains a spacious lounge with a panoramic view looking over the Scottish countryside and towards the distant hills. 2 bedrooms both with private bathrooms, Modern Kitchen-dining room, with all modern appliances. Micro wave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine ect

A private garden and Pation area to sit and relax to enjoy the view or Bar - b - Q.
Sleeps 4 but possible to have an additional 2 with a divan bed in the lounge.

In the surrounding area you would be spoiled for choice of restaurant with an International flavour of food and wine to suit the pallet of everyone.

Matt & Isabel Nisbet the owners would be happy to arrange Golf at any of the numerous Golf Courses in the surrounding area, or you might prefer to go Fishing, Shooting, Hiking, or visit some of the beautiful Perthshire gardens, perhaps a "wee dram" in the nearby Glenturret Distillery the oldest distillery in Scotland.

It is possible to arrange Airport Collection, Edinburgh 50 mins, Glasgow 1 hr, Prestwick 1hr 45mins, Gleneagles Station 10mins

We are open all year round from January 1st to December 31st



Prices range from £250 to £450 depending on time in the season
