Our immaculate waterview beach house is located in a beach and boating community in Southold, New York, only a mile from the historic village of Greenport.

It's the perfect place to relax and take in the North Fork's pristine beaches, award-winning wineries, antique shops, art galleries, and many other attractions including the U.S.'s 6th largest water park.

With three bedrooms. Master bedroom with king size bed, with full private bath and cable TV. We offer an additional bed-height, queen size aero bed in separate living area--you'll have plenty of room for everyone. Broadband interenet access, unlimited local, regional and long distance phone. And with a full kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, and all cooking equipment and utensils, you'll feel right at home.
During the day you can enjoy the view from a large deck with an outdoor living room set, two grills, two umbrellas, and a dining table that opens onto to a very large yard.

Central air, all hardwood and ceramic tile floors Nicely furnished. At night, enjoy two living spaces that both have working fireplaces. The family room has a huge sectional with a built-in recliner on one end while the other converts into a pull out bed. A 27-inch TV has cable as well as a VCR and DVD player. There's also a stereo with a six-changer CD player in the room. . Ground level laundry room with a slop sink and outside entrance. Laundry off kitchen. Lawn care provided. No smoking indoors
