Spacious family villa on a small, quiet beachfront complex. The complex has a large communal pool, children's pool and play area, and is set in well maintained gardens. A private beach terrace with table and chairs is available for use by complex guests only, and there is a shaded parking area directly next to our house. 24 hour security and gated entry to complex.

Konakli 2-3 minutes by car or bus (bus stop is by the beach bar across the road), Alanya city centre 15-20 minutes. Sea Alanya dolphin park is 10 minutes by bus, Water Planet Aqua park is 15 minutes by bus. Go-karting 10 mins walk along the seafront.

Fully equipped kitchen, (microwave, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, toaster, etc) Lounge has air conditioning, 2 bed settees and is equipped with cable TV, DVD and selection of family films, Play Station One and selection of games. Under 5's toy box, dining booster seat, pushchair, travel cot, beach toys, 3 kids bikes all available for your use.

3 comfortable bedrooms, each with wooden flooring, air-conditioning and balcony access. 3 shower rooms, one on each of the 3 floors of the villa.

We can help arrange car hire or airport transfers from Antalya airport (2011 airport transfer price Euro 70 each way for up to 4 guests, Euro 100 each way for 5-8 guests). Guests are met in person at the airport by the owner of the car hire/transfer company, who holds the villa keys, and speaks excellent Turkish, English and German.
