A luxury duplex apartment with two bedrooms on the first floor, both with their own balcony, to sit whilst taking in the breathless views overlooking the sea, gardens and mountains around Kalkan. The ground floor has a very spacious living, dining and kitchen area with a large outside private patio area (including table, chairs and parasol)overlooking the gardens of this lovely complex, as well as the beautiful sea views. The excellent 75m2 communal swimming pool, jacuzzi and small childrens pool make staying a joy for the holidaymaker. There are plenty of sunbeds and parasols around the pool, solely used by guests. These are maintained by on site staff who also clean the pool daily.

Set on the Kalamar Road, this property is a pretty and easy 10/12 minute walk into the small busily town of Kalkan, passing the beautiful array of bourganville flowers in bloom. Kalkan is fast becoming the upmarket Turkish hot spot place to go without being too overcrowded. During the day the town sleeps whilst everyone sunbathes and tops up those tans. It can be a nice time to explore the abundance of shops producing local linens and souvenirs. Why not even take in a lazy day at sea on one of the large gulets, swimming and relaxing in the clear waters around the coast whilst being pampered by the on board crew. At night Kalkan comes alive with the smell and aroma of the food served by the plentiful number of restaurants, most of which are on the rooftops and overlooking the splendid bay. The standard of food is excellent. After dinner why not be pampered at one of the bars where you can sit out, relax and while away the rest of the evening whilst watching the large boats come in from their moonlight cruises. Kalkan is the place where dreams are made of, from the long local pebble beach to the beach clubs and nearby sandy beaches. The views are breathtaking, as is Kalkan. The locals are so friendly you feel like part of the family.

It gently rises from the bay and can be reached on foot, by taxi boat or by taxi from Patara Prince. Kalkan is charming with brilliant blue crystal-clear sea, ancient history and warm traditional Turkish hospitality. Narrow cobbled streets, lined with many shops and boutiques wind their way down to the pretty harbour and small beach. Kalkan transforms at dusk as it begins to bustle with activity. An abundance of restaurants, many of them set on roof top terraces offer a culinary delight, with wonderful views over the bay of Kalkan.
