2 minutes walk across the road from the sea. 5 minutes drive to picturesque Potamos Harbour and fishing restaurants. 5 minutes drive in other direction to Ayia Thekla Beach with sunbeds etc. 10 minutes drive to Ayia Napa Harbour and vast choice of tavernas and restaurants. The plot is quite spacious edged with mature plants, a large veranda on the ground floor, and balcony to both bedrooms. This villa consists of a large open plan downstairs with lounge, dining area, kitchen and downstairs WC. Upstairs are two bedrooms a good size bathrooms, both with a whole wall of built-in wardrobes, and a family bathroom with built-in cupboards. All rooms, including WC and Bathroom, are heated by gas central heating during the winter months. Outside there is a 3m2 Gazebo housing a Hydro-massage Hot Tub. The Gazebo is built in such a way that it can be re-sited and replaced with a swimming pool if required. There is also outside storage room. There is a bus route servicing both Ayia Napa, and the larger town of Larnaca with its many shops and restaurants. Within five minutes drive of the property are the famous Water World Water Park, and Go Karts two of the areas main summer attractions. The sandy beaches of Ayia Thekla and the picturesque little harbour of Potamos with its fish restaurants, are also within easy reach, and have facilities for water sports, sunbeds etc. Ayia Napa and its harbour has a wonderful variety of restaurants, bars, shops and tourist facilities. There are also proposals ahead for the building of a golf course within close distance to the area. The capital of Nicosia is a mere 45 minutes drive away and one can spend many hours enjoying the sites of this very diverse city. It has a very cosmopolitan atmosphere with many of the larger British Stores. In fact Cyprus is an ideal location for anyone who is looking for a place English enough to be easy to settle in to, but foreign enough to be different. Beautiful weather, and a very laid back attitude make it a relaxing, friendly place to live.
