The marble fire place in the lounge has heating circulation, which also heats the bathroom above. The floor is a fawn (beige) marble structure, with mosaic marble inlay borders in lounge and dining room; also the stairs and landings are in fawn marble. All windows and doors have fly screens and Andalucian iron bars. There are two different lighting systems, one on solar energy and one with the main electricity. This is very economical.
At the south western part there is a covered terrace with barbeque and fish pond. The conservatory and the south terrace are tiled in Andalucian style. There is a view platform with a pavilion and a round stone table and stone benches which sits 6 persons.
The main entrance has a telephone with an electric door opener.
Pool: 7 x 4 m with depth from 0, 80 m down to 1, 80 m. It is located on a terracotta tiled platform with a very private atmosphere. A small pool house is used for guest services. It spends shadow and has a view over the pool area, the terracotta pots, with the lovely plants; the fountain creates a very Mediterranean feeling and the view to the sea makes this place very special.
There is also an entrance from and to the guest apartment.
The Guest house with a separate entrance is very private. It has a large open terrace again with flower pots. On the covered terrace, is a stone table with matching stone benches and a wonderful view to the sea, it is south orientated. On the open terrace there is a barbeque. The sun lit guest house has a lounge, dining room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen – all fully furnished and equipped – app.70 m² living area and 150 m² terrace, used as self-catering unit.
The garden studio with lounge/kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom with shower – fully furnished –
utility room (also for the pool filter), app. 30 m², terrace and outside shower for the pool, sea views, entrance to the pool and a path into the garden - own entrance.
The garage with separate entrance to the main house has app. 30 m² and an automatic door opener, could be converted into a second/third bedroom to the bungalow, or self-catering unit. Outside, in front of the house there parking space for 4 cars.
Utility rooms: On the first level there is the wash house and also the equipment room, both are located at the north side behind the house.
The water system: There are two different systems, one is the “clean” water, which is used for the garden and has underground water pipes. The water from the toilets is going in a natural filter-system.
It is a very green and well looked after property. This Cortijo is for nature loving people, it is easy to access on a tarmac road and still peaceful with these enchanting views to the sea and the valley.
Business possibilities:
