Description:
The villa was built in 2000 in farmhouse stile and is encircled by 11,000 mq garden planted with stone-pines, citron trees, palm trees, cypresses and magnolias. It is completely surrounded by a hedge 2 mt high in order to assure a totally privacy. There are two gates: one for pedestrians and one carriageable with automatic gate. There is also a landing strip for helicopters directly connected to the villa with a flight of steps.
The garden in automatically irrigated with water coming from a well 80 mt deep: the mineral water pulled out has a constant temperature of 18° C and a delivery capacity of 200 lt/minute 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
There is also an external lighting system which gives the possibility to live the garden also by night. Under the garden there is a little annex where are situated all the technological systems of the swimming pool and the electric commands of the well
The swimming pool is 6 x 12 mt and is fed with the mineral water of the well. It has been realized with reinforced concrete and covered with blue tiles. The minimum deep is 1,10 mt, the maximum is 2,50 mt and is provided with internal lights, filtration plant and automatic wastepipe.
The villa has 3 floors and is about 500 mq.
On the ground floor there is the garage (70 mq) and a closet (35 mq) in which is situated a fresh-water tank (2000 lt) as a water reserve.
The garage has a direct access to the villa: near the hall there is a bathroom with shower and a whirlpool, a lumber-room where is situated the alarm control, a dining room, a living room with fireplace made in stone: in this area there are two French windows with access to the garden.
From the kitchen you can reach the main hall (also this one with a fireplace).
Always on the first floor there are a built-in wardrobe, two bedrooms, one bathroom and a master bedroom, that has an adjacent room equipped as a wardrobe, and a private bathroom with shower and bath
On the second floor there are a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and another double bedroom. These bedrooms have velux windows
