Located north of Pescara, which borders, forming a single conurbation, is divided into Montesilvano Colle, the old center where there are still remains of medieval buildings (administration, a fraction), and Montesilvano Marina (or Montesilvano Beach) already Contrada Marina, the most populous and modern City Hall.
