The apartement has a brilliant view, and is situated just 2-3 minutes to walk to the famous and very popular La mata beach. We have a wonderful sunrise and sunset. We may sit iin the dining room and look when the sun come up in the sea. We have 2 terraces, one outside the dining room for 6 persons and a very big one on the top (85 square meters).  

Our 2 houses have a brilliant view, very close to the beach. We also have private swimming pool, and the house is situated in the front 1. line.
