Italy, Country Home next to Rome, in the Castelli Romani.
These are two independent, owner offered houses. They are located in a large country area. The largest house (100 sqm) suit for 6 people (3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen-dining- room, 1 veranda) and the other one (65 sqm + veranda outside) suit for 5-6 people (1-2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen-dining- room). These are furnished houses, the kitchen has stove for cooking, refrigerator, electric oven and a barbecue outside... and another little space with a washing machine. Cooking ware are provided in the house as well as bed linens, towels etc...! The land of my property is about 20000 sqm, so you have enought room outside to walk, play, etc.
This lovely country home is located near the village of Giulianello di Cori in the last part of the Castelli Romani, on hills looking toward the sea. A part from Rome, in less than one hour by car you can reach some of the most beautiful sea areas of Italy such as Sabaudia, S. Felice Circeo, Sperlonga, and Terracina. Much history was born in this area by evidence of ancient pictures of deer and the Phi-man in the caverns of Sezze and the discovery of the remains of the "Homo Neheterdalensis" in Circeo. In few minutes (10-20 min.) you can get to some very interesting villages; as Cori (a village older than Rome), Sermoneta (with its famous castle of the Borgia family and the botanic garden of Ninfa, one of the most beautiful of the world), Frascati - Nemi - Castel Gandolfo, Tivoli (with Villa Adriana and Villa d'Este). In the village of Giulianello you can have shopping. At ten minutes you have a large pubblic swimming pool and a lake.

Most of this beautiful areas to visit are within an easy driving distance of this charming Italian country home. You will want to return again and again.
