Peaceful cottages on a working organic dairy farm set in unspoilt countryside on the beautiful South Devon coast. All our cottages are just a 10 minute walk from the coast path and some lovely remote beaches, whilst the wilderness of Dartmoor is only a short drive away. The wonderful Erme estuary and Mothecombe beach, with over 130 acres of sand at low tide, is just a couple of miles away.

Explore the nearby picturesque towns of Kingsbridge, Dartmouth and Salcombe or visit the historic port of Plymouth. Why not visit out of season and cosy down by a roaring log fire, or come and see the lambs in spring? Short breaks available November to March.

We put organic milk, fresh from the cows, in each cottage for guests on arrival. Carswell is also the birthplace of the Well Hung Meat Company so our visitors can taste award winning organic lamb and beef.

All the cottages are well equipped with TVs, videos, washing machines, dishwashers etc and all have private gardens with table and BBQ. Cots and high chairs available on request. Well behaved pets are welcome in Spring, Shepherd's and Corner Cottages.
