Description :
Wheatland Farm is a 22 acre property in rural devon with 3 holiday lodges and one cottage to let. The lodges are Scandinavian built and are warm in winter, cool in summer. All electricity (included in price) is bought from renewable supplies and the farm has it's own nature reserve designated a site of special scientific interest by Natural England. We have a carp fishing lake which is well stocked (catch and release only) and available to guests at £5/day and free for under 14s. We welcome pets in the lodges, but not the cottage. Lodges have one double room, and the larger lodge has a twin room and bunk room. The 2 smaller lodges have couble and a bunk room. the living area in all 3 is spacious and they all overlook the farm with views over to Dartmoor. |

Rental Rates and Availability :
We rent on a weekly basis from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am. Availability is on the wheatlandfarm website but we are open all year and prices vary from £180/week in the winter to £470/week in summer holidays.
