One look at the breathtaking view of the Three Sisters Mountain range from the second floor balcony, and your stress will melt away. This high quality, luxurious 2-bedroom condo has everything you need for your mountain getaway, be it a family vacation, romantic holiday or business retreat.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a large ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom can comfortably sleep up to three people (there is a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and single bed on the top) with its own 4-piece bathroom right off the hall.

The large open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a simple snack or a palate-pleasing meal, with granite countertops, alderwood cabinetry, and sleek black appliances.

The soft lighting, oak floors and open dining and living area create a wonderfully cozy ambiance, especially during a blustery winter evening when you can snuggle up in front of the Appalachian Fieldstone fireplace. The pull-out sofa bed provides additional accommodation for two. The private balcony is perfect for enjoying a splendid view of the mountains any time of the day.

The private Trailside Club House in the complex provides you with full access to a fitness room, lap pool, outdoor hot tub, billiards, a library, a 20-seat theatre and a lounge with a gorgeous Creek Rock fireplace—a perfect place to wind down after your day of skiing, hiking, or golfing, or spend a day taking advantage of all this right outside your door.

ACTIVITIES AND ATTRACTIONS
The surrounding area is known for some of the best hiking, mountain biking, and climbing in the world. The Yoho, Kootenay, Banff and Jasper National Parks and Kananaskis Country are all only a short scenic drive away. Five world-class golf courses are all nearby, including the Banff Springs, Stewart Creek, and Silvertip Resort. Many downhill ski resorts are within a 100-kilometre radius, including Lake Louise (a 50-minute drive), Sunshine Village, Nakiska, and Banff Mount Norquay (only a 15-minute drive away). The Canmore Nordic Centre, which hosted the 1988 Olympic Nordic events is only 5 minutes away, and offers 84 miles of groomed Nordic skiing trails in winter and mountain biking in summer. Other winter sports available in the area include: snowshoeing, outdoor skating, ice climbing, bobsledding, and dog sledding.

Rental Rates and Availability :
Our unit is available for rent year round. Call for last minute specials. Prices include all taxes and cleaning and a pass for Banff National Park.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of $600.00 and 25% of rental fee is requested upon reservation. The remainder must be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival. This deposit is for damage/cancellation purposes. The full $600.00 will be refunded one week after the completion of your stay, providing that there is no damage or loss. All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.

REFUNDS
Any reservation cancelled 60 days prior to check-in will result in forfeiture of $200.00 of the 25% deposit. Any reservation cancelled within 30 days prior to check-in will forfeit the entire 25% deposit or $350.00, whichever is greater. If the time period is subsequently rebooked, we will refund the 25% deposit less $150.00.
