The house is situated on a waterside development approximately 250 metres from the harbour/marina and only 5 minutes walk from the town centre. The main Railway station and bus terminal are about 1 mile away, whilst the Lighthouse theatre is about a 15 minutes walk.
In addition the house is only 100 metres from Baiter ‘recreational’ Park, within which are boat slipways, skate board/stunt bike park & cycle track.
