Description :
Meadowsweet Farm, Newton is a thatched property dating back to medieval times & is a mile west of the village of Bicknoller. The farm extends to 30 acres of meadow & woodland over which visitors are free to wander. There is a small brook for fun fishing and train spotters can enthuse over the West Somerset Steam Railway.
Bicknoller is a small village nestling under the wester fringes of the Quantock Hills an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It has thatched cottages & red stone houses a 15th Century church, Inn serving food & village shop/P.O. 5 miles west of bicknoller are the Brendon Hills & then Exmoor National Park, 14 miles to the county town of Taunton & 12 miles to the coastal town of Minehead.
