Tropical paradise on the Big Island of Hawaii. A romantic vacation awaits you in our delux condos. You are just steps away from the beach as you visit our beautiful oceanfront condos, located in the Casa De Emdeko complex, with all the amenities and conviences of home. There are two great pools, one a saltwater pool with waves from the ocean crashing over the side. There is also a fresh water pool with lush gardens and fountains in the interior of the complex. There is a barbaque with a cabana on the beach, where you can cook, socialize and watch the sunset. There is so much to do-swim on white sand beaches-Mauna Kea is our favorite or visit beaches with green, red, black or yellow sand, boogy board on White Sands Beach,surf, snorkle-Kapaluu is our favorite, dive day and nite among the lava caves, whale watch, swim with the dolphins and sea turtles, watch sea life, visit Volcanos National Park with lush lava caves. Rental Rates and Availability :
Jan,Feb, March, April, October, November and December-130 per nite. May, June, July, August, Sept.-110 per nite. Perfer Friday to Frieday stay-call if your travel plans vary. $900 per week, 1700-2 weeks, 2500-3 weeks and 3200 per month plus Hawaii tax (7.25% and 4.166%) and 85 cleaning fee. Initial deposit of 1/2 or $500 to hold the unit and full payment 45 days prior to travel. Rates subject to change without prior notice until condos are booked.
