Situated in a quiet country lane in Burscough Lancashire.
Our spacious self contained property offers the peace and quiet of the countryside, yet is central to many activities and places of interest.
The farm dates back to 1903. Once part of Lord Derby’s Estate - and a working farm for many years. Now residential the barn was converted in 1987 - winning an award for a sympathetic conversion.
What once housed horses, hay and farm vehicles, now provides spacious character accommodation, fully refurbished and decorated in 2005.
all mod cons, none smoking apartment, 4 star rated, electric by meter at cost no extra, off road parking for 2 cars with extra available if required, all made welcome, no complaints so far, linen and towels provided at no extra cost, space for 4 adults plus children
