The ground floor comprises of 1 twin and 1 double room, 2 bathrooms fully equipped kitchen and a very large, elegant living room with travertino marble flooring, antique furniture. The upper floor of the villa is accessed via it's own stairs and is independant of the ground floor and comprises of 1 double and 1 twin room as well, with 1 bathroom, kitchen and beautiful living room. Bracciano Lake is like a 9 miles swimming pool of crystal clear water at the bottom of your garden. Bracciano Town has cobbled streets, and gas lit lanes full of very good restaurants, and shops. The people are friendly and welcoming. Bracciano has very good Rail and Bus services straight into the heart of Rome, St Peter's Square at the Vatican City. Ideally placed for visiting Rome, The Vatican, The Forum, The Coloseum and all of Rome's major sight.

Rental Rates and Availability :
Our charges are between £650 - £1800 per week, depending on number of people booking and time of year. We rent the downstairs for 1-4 people and the whole villa for up to 8 people. We only ever rent the villa as 1 unit. Cleaning charges are not included and a security deposit is required. We will discount our prices only for in-fill weeks, and last minute bookings.
