Description :
Buchanan Cottage is located in the Olde Towne of Niagara-on-the-Lake next to the Pillar & Post Inn & Spa. It’s less than 1.0 km to the town centre and theatres. All rooms are ground floor level and there are three bedrooms – the principal suite has a queen size bed, single sofa bed, gas log fireplace, cable TV, and ensuite bathroom with whirlpool tub. The other two bedrooms, one with queen bed, the other with a double bed, share the second bathroom. The sitting room has a double sofa bed, cable TV/VCR and electric log fireplace. The compact kitchen leads out to the rear-secluded garden complete with outdoor furniture, gas barbecue, and cabin lock-up available for those guests who bring bicycles for enjoying the adjacent Niagara River Recreation Trail. Many of our guests enjoy relaxing on the wicker furnished front verandah and watching the horses and carriages trotting by. The cottage is strictly pet and smoke free and there is central air-conditioning. All linens and towels are provided and the downstairs laundry room is available for weekly reservations. The driveway can accommodate a maximum of two cars. Buchanan Cottage is adjacent to Bird Watchers Haven and The Secret Garden Cottage and we welcome extended family gatherings or groups. 1 km to town centre. |

Rental Rates and Availability :
Can accommodate up to nine people when using the two sofa bed; Off-season Nov 1st-Apr 30th - 4 people $199 per night - each additional person is $15 per night. May 1st-Oct 31st - 4 people $249 per night, each additional person is $15 per night. Weekly rate is six times the nightly rate - the seventh night is complimentary. Weekend only reservations (minimum two nights required) will incur a surcharge of $50 per night in the high season - July/Aug/Sep. Pricing adjustments will be made accordingly upon confirmation of booking. Please enquire about our two adjacent cottages - we can accommodate groups and family reunions of up to 24 people.
