Everything you need for your stay is provided: telephone for local calls, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, linen, basic dry provisions, pots and pans, etc.

Within walking distance of the apartment there are great food shops, a supermarket, nice restaurants, cafés, Laurier parc, Laurier metro station and animated Mont Royal street.

Free parking on the street is easily available.

The price for 2 is $120. US per night during the summer and Grand Prix weekend and $90. in fall, winter and spring.

For a full week during the summer, the price for 2 is $600. US and $500. in fall, winter and spring.
