centrally based to be the ideal position for
your holiday in England. Within easy reach of beaches
on the rugged North coast, the gardens,
rivers and the beautiful Roseland
Penninsular on the South coast.
You can also easily access the world famous Eden
Project and the many towns worth visiting
like St Ives, Penzance and Falmouth.
Enjoy Hillside Cottage for your holiday in
Cornwall. The cottage has two double
bedrooms and two sofa beds and overlooks
the city. Local facilities, pubs and

Rental Rates and Availability :
Off season from October to April we charge £300 and the cottage is available for short breaks of less than a week too. Our brief mid season is £400 for May-June and High season July/August/September. Christmas and new year week is £550
