As you enter the villa, your eyes are immediately drawn to the vaulted ceiling of the entrance hall and the staircase leading to the first floor.

The first room you enter is the living room / dining room. With its sumptuous seating and large dining table that seats 6, it is the ideal place for those seeking a quieter, more relaxing area. The settee can also be used as an additional double bed.

The dining area leads into the large kitchen / breakfast nook. The breakfast table seats 4 and has a view of the pool deck and conservation area. The kitchen has every electrical appliance you could need: Large Fridge/Freezer, Toaster, Microwave, Coffee maker, waste disposal unit, dishwasher, oven, and kettle. It is also fully equipped with any other kitchen utensils may need to use. There is plenty of cupboard space and an island in the middle.

The large family room is lavishly decorated and has Cable TV, DVD player, ceiling fan, CD/Tape/Radio player, a 2 seat & 3 seater settee, 2 armchairs and access to the covered lanai and pool. Leading off from the family room a hallway back to the entrance foyer.

Off of the hallway is a cloakroom with toilet and sink. There is also an entrance to the large games room that contains an 8’ Pool table and large air hockey machine.

Outside is the private heated pool, with covered lanai and pool screen. The pool itself has a waterfall feature and is equipped with airbeds and inflatable toys. The extra large pool area has sun beds and table and chairs. There is also a pool bathroom. The pool area has a fantastic view across the conservation lake.

The sumptuously fitted out Master Suite will surely take your breath away. If this house has the WOW factor, the Master suite has a double WOW!! The room is dominated by the King sized bed and is furnished with modern and elegant furniture. There is a clock radio, ceiling fan, an ensuite bathroom, cable TV & DVD player. The bathroom is luxury personified. Upon entering the bathroom, there is a large walk in his & hers closet either side. There is a large double shower, double bath (tub), 2 sinks, and seperate toilet
