An elegant Victorian Guesthouse retaining many original features, set in a quiet area of Torquay overlooking a wooded green. Just a 10 minute walk from Torquay centre and harbour in one direction, and a 10 minute walk from the Babbacombe Downs and Cliff Railway in the other. Ideally situated for touring the south coast. All 8 rooms are en-suite and comfortably furnished, with a single room and twin room being available on the ground floor. A small licensed bar is located in the sunny dining room overlooking the green. A full English breakfast is included in the price, and cooked to order. Rooms have colour TV, tea/coffee making facilities, mineral water, hair dryer and radio/clock alarm.

Rental Rates and Availability :
Open all year.
Tariff 2007: Jan to Mar £25 pppn; Apr to May £26 pppn; Jun to Aug £28 pppn; Sep to Oct £27 pppn; Nov to Dec £25 pppn; Bank Holidays and Easter £30 pppn; Christmas and New Year £33 pppn.
Children under 13 years: 50% of adult tariff.
Children 14 - 16 years: 75% of adult tariff.
NO CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS OF AGE.
There is a £5.00 per room supplement for one night stays. One night stays are not accepted on Saturday nights during June to August.
Three course evening meal available from November to March at £15.00 per person by prior arrangement.
