The Granary is one of 4 cottages in a converted 18th century barn. It is a 2 bedroom cottage all on one level. There is a double and a twin bedroom with a seperate shower room / wc. A large living room / well equipped kitchen lead out onto a balcony with views of the farm and river beyond. There are shared gardens with furniture and bbq's and off road parking.
Markwell farm is a 400 acre working farm with beef cattle, sheep and cereals.
Less than 2 miles from the A38 we are an ideal base for seeing the best of what Cornwall has to offer.

Rental Rates and Availability :
The Granary prices are from £280 in low season - £550 in high season / week which includes vat, bed linen and electricity.
A deposit of £100 is required at booking and the balance due a month before the holiday. Short breaks available between Nov and Easter (exc Xmas & New Year) subject to availability.
