A 17th Century beamed cottage in the peaceful riverside hamlet of Barton. Only seven miles from Stratford upon Avon, on the edge of the Vale of Evesham, and nine miles from the Cotswolds and the popular towns of Chipping Campden and Broadway.
A large private garden is at the front of the house, and a large garden, shared with our own adjacent property runs down to the River Avon, with seasonal fishing available from the river bank.
Ideally situated in the heart of Shakespeare country.
The Cotswolds, Stratford, Warwick Castle, are all within easy reach, and their are several National Trust properties, including Ragley Hall and Coughton Court nearby. The NEC and Birmingham are also within easy reach.
The cottage has modern oil-fired central heating and hot water. There is a 28� wide screen television in the large beamed lounge, and the
kitchen/diner is equiped with modern facilities. There is also a handbasin, toilet, and shower-room downstairs.
Upstairs their are two large beamed bedrooms. The first is furnished with a double bed and the adjoining room has twin divan beds.
A garden at the rear of the house leads down to the bank of the River Avon, where coarse-fishing is available in season. A second, private
garden, is at the front of the cottage, with table and chairs for outdoor meals and Barbeques. There is aslo garden furniture on the river bank, overlooking the river.
