Atlan is a lovely holiday development in the heart of the thriving resort of Caleta de Fuste & only 10 minutes from the airport. New to the market for the summer season of 2008, Atlan has everything that you could ask for that relaxing holiday on the stunning Island of Fuerteventura.

All amenities are very close by including the very safe beach, restaurants, bars, shopping centre, entertainment, multiplex cinema and of course the 2, 18 hole Golf courses. Another bonus is that it is only a 10 minute taxi ride from the Airport.


Casa Katherine is situated right beside the communal swimming pool which has locked gates with child safety in mind, if they are in the pool, you can keep an eye on them from the furnished upstairs terrace. has a fully fitted lounge with a corner sofa, TV, DVD, CD, internal music system in all rooms, Air Con and much more.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a 4 ring hob, extractor, oven, dishwasher and all of the utensils required to make it a home from home.

There are 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, one is on the ground floor the other upstairs with private bathroom.
Both bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes, air con and are very nicely furnished. The upstairs bedroom leads out onto the terrace, which can also be accessed from the hallway.

Outside on either the lower or upper terrace you will find sun loungers and a patio table & chairs, so that you can enjoy that al-fresco dining experience or a glass of vino in the balmy evenings after soaking up the sunshine during the day time.

The communal swimming pool which is heated in the winter months.

Off street parking is available on request in the underground car park, free of charge although a car is not essential as the resort centre is on your door step.

Rental Rates and Availability :
Casa Katherine is priced from 450 € per week off season and € 500 per week during peak. Special offers available for longer term rentals. Extras are available, travel cots, golf clubs etc
