The caravan is situated on a cut grass area with free parking by the side. The site has a restaurant and shop and is surrounded by Gardens, Boating Lake, Swimming Pool Complex, Outdoor and Indoor Tennis Courts, Zoo, Crazy Golf, Children's Play Area and Bowling Greens. Only a 10/15 walk from Newquay town centre, beaches and shops.
The caravan has 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 twin (can be made into double). There is also a pull down double bed in the lounge. The bathroom has a full size walk in shower, toilet and handbasin. The kitchen has oven, microwave, fridge, toaster and is equipped for 6. The lounge/dining area has ample seating, 32" colour TV with Freeview and DVD Player. There is also a colour TV with Freeview in the main bedroom.
