The holiday farm “La Quarta” is situated on a hill just 1km from the beach and the nearby motorway exit of Porto San Giorgio. It is deep in the marvellous scenery of the Marche hills yet only 2km from the town.

A holiday at La Quarta is ideal for those who want to experience the
simplicity of a bygone age, where enchanting locations and unspoilt
countryside help to bring back memories of long-lost images, delights and emotions.

“La Quarta” is a magnificent late nineteenth century farmhouse, recently rebuilt by the Marconi family. They have painstakingly restored the imposing house, giving back its historic splendour with modern comforts and rustic charm.
There are five apartments, each furnished with period pieces in sympathy with the paved floors and beamed ceilings. The walls are
painted in colours echoing the surrounding countryside, rendering the
farmhouse warm, welcoming and exclusive. The apartments are independent and each has its own entrance. Each is equipped with a double bedroom, a generously sized shower room and toilet, a large living room with an extremely comfortable two seat sofa-bed and a spacious kitchen complete with a fridge-freezer .

Meals of typical Marche cuisine can be prepared on request, in summertime using produce from the vegetable garden. One can savour home-made bread, extra virgin olive oil from the press and wine from the vineyard.

There is a swimming pool with shower together with a barbecue available at the guests’ disposal. Mountain bikes are also available to explore the local countryside and nearby woodland. One can even attempt a spot of archery!

If preferred, excursions can be organised to the nearby mountains, cities
of
historic, cultural and artistic significance, archaeological sites, or to
one of the many wine cellars scattered across the province.
