Rental Rates and Availability :
WEEKLY RATES ARE $925 TO $1125 WITH OFF SEASON DISCOUNT OF 30%
50% of total rent is required via money order or other suitable arrangement and balance is due one month prior to rental date via same method.
Units are available, weekly, monthly, or seasonal and long weekends from April to October 31.
Currently not available during the winter months.
Small dogs are allowed but must be nonshedding and are not allowed on furniture, in beds, on the beach or in the water.
Renters are responsible for all cleanup and any damages. Security deposit of $300 is require on arrival and refunded upon departure
