Elegant 3 bed. detached Villa, on 1 level, with illuminated 10x5 Swimming Pool, superbly located on the brow of an Olive grove, with stunning 360 degree panoramic views. Newly built 4 years ago, our Villa is private, contemporary furnished, spacious rooms, equipped for all your needs and immaculately clean!

Fully tiled 220m2 pool area with shower, which is completely fenced with white ballustrade and very safe for children. Well maintained gardens with tropical plants and vines, which, when lit at night create an enchanting atmosphere.
For toddlers and baby we provide high chair, cot (new linen/blankets included), mobile baby bath with nappy storage. There is a separate utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer. Internet access available to guests of lets 3 months or more. Parking for 2 cars.
Ideally situated for those seeking the "perfect vacation in the sun" - tranquility, traditional Spanish food, breathtaking scenery, endless places to explore in the area, or just relax & enjoy the views with a glass of fine Rioja.
A mere 5 min. drive to village with all amenities, shops, restaurants, boutiques, banks etc., local fiestas from June - September (not to miss!) A stunning new Plaza for lazying away the day sampling the "delicious" local tapas.
For families with younger children, the coast is only a 35 min. drive, boasting 2 water parks, safe, clean beaches and in August the famous "Feria de Malaga" the biggest fair in Europe which stays for approx. 2 weeks. Marbella and Puerto Banus is 1 hr. 15 mins.. lots of designer bargains for teenagers! Villanueva del Trabuco :
Our pretty "white washed" village is only 30 mins. from the coast, yet surrounded by stunning scenery "The San Jorge" mountains, "Nacimiento de los cien canyos" a favourite of tourists, as 100 pipes spurt cool water from the mountain...locals and tourists alike stop to fill their bottles on hot summer days!
A very well kept clean and traditional village which has been modernised over the years and boasts beautiful parks, landscaped river, endless walking routes, not forgetting a stunning new Plaza & fountain.
It has a population of approx. 6,500 inhabitants, 95% Spanish..friendly and welcoming. There is something here for young and old, a variety of shops, disco, restaurants, banks etc. - endless fiestas during Easter and the summer months! At Christmas the entire town is lit up with pretty lights and a huge Christmas tree in the Plaza by the fountain.
If you have not been to this area before, you are in for a wonderful surprise and only 40-45 mins. from Malaga/Granada Airports and ideally located for skiing too! |
