Villa Paz is decorated to the very highest standrard offering luxury holiday accommodation. The villa is set all on one level so it appeals to both families and the elderly. There is a separte well equiped kitchen with all kitchen utensils and disheasher. The living has a large leather L shaped sofa along with a flat screen TV, DVD and playstation. The dining room has a large dining table with 6 high backed chairs. There is 3 bedrooms all with ceiling fans. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. There is also a family bathroom. Outside the vills is a private heated swimming pool (heated in winter) and private hot tub and a 2 very large terraces with sunbeds for sunbathing. There is a BBQ for sole use of the guests and another large outside dining table and chairs.

Rental Rates and Availability :
The cost of the villa is 1000 Euros per week except in the months of July, August and September and also Christmas weeks and Easter which is charged at 1200 Euros per week. The cost of the pool heating in winter is 65 Euros per week.
