Serenity Terraces is a part of the brand new 5 star luxury Outrigger Resort situated on Rawai Beach near the harbour, with views out over some of the many islands that Phuket is famous for. We're not subject to the seasonal high winds effecting Patong and Karon beaches

The rooms are tastefully decorated with first class furnishings and bedding. There are large LCD TV’s, DVD players and ipod docking stations in the bedrooms. The kitchen is stocked with little extras like wine glasses, coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker and popcorn maker. Appliances include oven and cooktop, full size fridge, microwave.

The deck is huge enough to entertain all your family and friends. Large table, BBQ and sun lounges. The deck looks out over the resort pool and water features. Part of the ocean and islands can be seen as well.

Outrigger plans to have floating pontoons to enjoy when the tide is in. It is ideal for those who love water activities as the resort includes hobycat catamarans and kayaks for your pleasure. A speed boat is also available to take guests to the islands for a small cost. The busy shopping areas and nightlife of Patong are just 20 mins away but you will relax in a peaceful and serene area away from the madness that the south west coast has become. There are plenty of great restaurants close by to cater for every taste and budget. The clean beach is shallow and calm making it ideal for families with children in every season unlike the dangerous beaches of Patong and Karon during Thai summer.

The resort offers an infinity lap pool, clubhouse, gym, restaurant and roof top sun lounges and bar overlooking one of the most beautiful views in Thailand. The resort will be completed in January 2009 and units will be available from February onwards.

Safety advice for parents of young children: Please be advised this condominium is on the second floor of a tiered terrace building with 4 floors. It has a design feature of convenient wide seating along the end of the balcony instead of a balustrade. There is a slatted privacy roof above part of each balcony which would make it difficult to fall off the balcony however this accommodation may not be suitable for toddlers that do not understand the danger of height, should they climb over the seating and onto the shade roof below. This is a privately leased condominium with servicing done by Outrigger Resort. There are 3 ways this condo can be enjoyed.
1. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 luxurious bathrooms (one with a bath), a modern kitchen with granite benches, living room and huge terrace. It has all the convenience of a home. This choice could sleep 4 adults and a child or 2 adults and 3 children. (2 queen beds and a daybed or cot)
2. If you only need a 1 bedroom condominium, that’s all you need to pay for. This would sleep 1 couple and a child. (1 queen bed and a daybed or cot)
3. As the second bedroom has it’s own entrance it can be booked as a self contained hotel room with it’s own modern bathroom and kitchenette with a bar fridge, microwave and a few necessities. This would suit a single person or a couple wanting to enjoy the luxury of this resort at a bargain price. (1 queen bed only) There is no balcony from the hotel room however all resort facilities are yours to enjoy.
