This secluded, converted Farmhouse in rural Italy is situated in the heart of wine-making countryside, it is a perfect place to relax and because of its unique location can be used as a base to explore Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio. The House is set within its own 10 acres of land and from the house there is a beautiful view of the valley below.

Accommodation includes: 2 twin bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms, one family bedroom (for 4 people) with 1 bunkbed and 2 singles, 1 bunk room with 1 bunk bed with competition sized table football, 4 bathrooms (2 en-suite), sitting room with open fire, well equipped kitchen and a large patio by pool.

Amenities include: Travel cot and high chair, linen, washing machine, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, 14 garden chairs, 8 pool loungers, outside pizza oven and barbecue, central heating.

Services provided: Parties large and small are catetered for, pizza parties, roast pork on a spit and local cuisine, with or without local wine Contact Kalle to book.

Places to visit: Local restaurants, wine tasting in La Tanna del Istrice in the local town of Civitella d'Agliano, Civita di Bagnoregio "The dying city" (15minute drive), Lake Bolsena (30minute drive) Orvieto (40 minute drive), Rome (1 hour by train)

Things to do: Walking, cycling, horse riding, tennis, swimming (pool and lake), fishing - stream (at end of our field) or Alviano lake, pedellos, waterskiing on lake Bolsena

Rental Rates and Availability :
The house can be rented all year round, the price doesn't change with the seasons. Up-to-date availability can be found on our website.

The miniumum price per week is 1260 Euro and maximum is 2940 Euro.

The price is calculated in the following way:

30 Euro, per adult, per night
25 Euro per child (aged 12 and under), per night

A non refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure the booking and the balance is required 6 weeks before arrival. Both payments are made by bank transfer.
