BEAUTIFUL SEPTEMBER
Why not combine the sandbeachholiday with the possibility to visit the eternal city? Anzio is a cute tiny harbourcity/beachresort 50 km from Rome with regular trainconnections (50 min). The beach is particulary childfriendly while the sea is not deep and the month of September is still a warm month for beaches. The villa has three floors and a sea panorama from the upper terrass (distance to sea about 600m). The private garden has a gazebo, a shower, a brick barbeque, a hammock, table and chairs that make eating outside a real pleasure. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with dubbelbeds and a WC with shower. On the groundfloor there is a new kitchen with a diningplace a WC and the terrass with chairs and a table. Downstairs I have divided (no door that separates) the space in a livingroom with TV and a comfortable bedsofa for 2 persons and the dormitory part with 2 singlebeds. There is also a new bathroom with a shower. Altogether the villa measures 110 squaremeters and the garden 150 squaremeters. The villa also has a washingmachine for the laundry and sheets and towels are available. The furniture is almost 100% new for this year. The area is a peaceful villaneighborhood about 5km from Anzio where you can take relaxing evening promenades and have fun during the night. A car is recommended.
