Civezza is only 4 km from the coast and sea. Inland from the sea there are plenty of historical villages and sites to visit .
Our properties are in the centre of wonderful walking territory and in all our apartments you will find leaflets with details of all the treks/walks, beaches and sites to visit during your stay. These walks will enable you to admire the beautiful coastline and some of the historical villages in the surrounding area. The sport activities include swimming, sailing, skiing, golf, walking, mountain bikes, horse riding, tennis and water sports in general. you can rent mountain bikes.


GASTRONOMY

The Ligurian Region is where the sea and mountains meet and our gastronomy includes flavours from both. There are a lot of recipes from the land which are centuries old and passed down from generation to generation such as troffie al pesto, ravioli vegetariani, torta verde and Ligurian style rabbit. The seafood recipes includes sardines, anchovies, whitebait, prawns from San Remo.
Ligurian wine such as Rossese ,Ormeasco, Pigato and Vermentino. And our olive oil from olive Taggiasche .

RENTING CONDITIONS

Weekly rental is from Saturday to Saturday – check in is between 16:00 and 20:00 hours and check out by 11.00 am (although this could be adjusted subject to prior agreement).
The price includes: mains water, electricity, gas and a complete set of bed linen which is replaced weekly.
Towels are available on request.
The price does not include: final cleaning (30 Euros), gas for central heating (when needed) at Euro 2.50 per cubic metre.

Our flats are located in the historical centre of Civezza, small and beautiful village on the hills of Imperia. You can book for just one night, a weekend or a whole week. The historical centre of Civezza offers visitors a multitude of small streets, which the local people refer to as "Carugi".
One of the most characateristic and famous is called "Baciadonne" ( kiss of a woman) and is only 60 centimeters wide! The reason why it is called "Baciadonne" is because it is almost impossible for a man and a woman to walk down this street together without their lips touching.The village of Civezza offers its visitors many things to do. In the main square you will find a selection of restaurants and bars and you will be able to sit and watch the locals pass the time of day.Civezza is ideally located for the enthusiastic tourist. The beach is only 4 kilometers away should you decide to sunbath. Shopping is in San Remo (18 Kilometers )There are also the Famous gardens of the "VILLA HANBURY"Other locations worth visiting are Alassio, Imperia, Bussana Vecchia, and the world famous Monte Carlo.
