that the information they display is correct. Advertisers agree to accept full responsibility for maintaining

amended directly by themselves using the 'Edit' facility provided on the site. HolidayHomeAds.com will not automatically follow
instructions to amend the content and/or delete ads on behalf of advertisers when requested
via emails or otherwise. HolidayHomeAds will not be held responsible any losses or damages
incurred as a result of the content or the existence of any ad on the site.
All advertisers, whether paying subscribers or not, agree to accept the format of ads required by HolidayHomeAds.com. Advertisers accept that all contact details must go in the designated places for that information and may not be placed within the content of an ad. Advertisers also accept that company names, trade names and business names must be in the designated places for this information and may not be placed within the content of the ad.
Advertisers must ensure for themselves that their email facilities are working correctly and that they can receive emails originating from HolidayHomeAds.com. To assist the advertiser in this regard, we provide a facility to send a test email to themselves.
HolidayHomeAds.com have no direct knowledge of any advertiser or any user of the site. It is the sole responsibility of the advertiser to ensure that potential clients are genuine. It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that the advertiser is genuine. HolidayHomeAds.com will not be responsibles for any losses incurred by any user or any advertiser resulting from fraud or by any misuse of the site by either advertiser or user
Whilst HolidayHomeAds.com will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that our sites and property ads are at all times visible on the internet we will not be responsible for any technical problems that prevent people from accessing any of the sites.
If HolidayHomeAds.com are not able to offer the promised level of service for any reason then they cannot be held liable for any costs exceeding the amount paid by the member to HolidayHomeAds.com for the period when the promised level of service was not attained.

HolidayHomeAds.com may, at their sole discretion, terminate the membership of any member and will not be liable for any consequential or subsequent loss by that member.
